Wellness & Survivorship Program

Welcome to the Wellness & Survivorship Program at the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention.

This program was created to support patients and their loved ones that are going through the many challenges faced by cancer and its treatment.  We are here to help.

In recognizing how devastating a cancer diagnosis can be, we have created a series of activities to help everyone affected by this disease find healthy ways to cope and take care of themselves. All activities are free and take place at the RLCCP

Remember, no experience is necessary to join any activity!
Yoga: The practice of yoga can help you to relax and restore your energy through gentle stretching, deep breathing, and flowing meditative movements.  This class is suitable for anyone of all levels, even beginners! Please wear comfortable clothing for yoga.

Nutrition Workshops & Cooking Demonstrations: The goal of this program is to offer patients and their loved ones the most up-to-date information on nutrition to promote heath and wellness.  Workshops are conducted by licensed dietitians and nutritionists. Please call ahead to register for workshops.

Counseling Services: This service is offered to any person/s that prefers private time to discuss any concerns with our counselor.  Sessions are arranged by appointment or on a walk-in basis on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. All those interested must call to register Jackie, at 212-987-1777 ext. 5520
