The Research hub at the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention is a dedicated space wherein community-based evidence research is conducted. This is part of a broader strategy to providing analytical focus that responds to the dynamic needs of an underserved population. Integrating research into a program of cancer screening and treatment services has been effective from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. This integration is realized through a partnership between Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and North General Hospital (NGH). This model cancer diagnostic and treatment center constitutes a comprehensive cancer care specialty program.
